From what Ive heard they have a terrible bed bug infestation and do not handle it and allow tenants to suffer

You would think for the price you pay for rent theyd at least be able to plow the drive way

Chase run is a very nice place to live Just recently they did a makeover and change not only the outside of the building with beautiful colors but the inside was upgrade as well just beautiful must see

The apartments were very nice with lots of stoarge space walk in closets and the maintenence people were awesome the few times we needed them over 2 12 years The only issues I had were a lost check we turned in that was later found in their receipt b The apartments were very nice with lots of stoarge space walk in closets and the maintenence people were awesome the few times we needed them over 2 12 years The only issues I had were a lost check we turned in that was later found in their receipt book and an issue with being put on a waiting list We were supposed to be put on a list for a reduced price unit waited over 1 12 years only to find out they never put us on the list Waited for another year and then left Its been almost two months and I havent received any notification regarding my security deposit and have called 4 times with no answer as well If you want a cheaper apartment in Mt Pleasant go to United Apartments complexes If you want something high quality there are houses and other complexes StoneCrest but if you want something above average at a fair price this is a good place I would recommend it to a friendnnI know this isnt controllable but he did have loud neighbors despite the walls being moderately thick Just FYI more ... hide ...
