I'm a resident at Saint Clair Landings and I think it is an excellent place to live. Everyone here is pleasant, the grounds are attractive and the building has been completely renovated. Everyone here is pleasant, the grounds are attractive and the building has been completely renovated. We have an amazing view of the Saint Clair River, and we can catch the bus right outside both the front and back doors and go anywhere in the city. Despite the occasional issue, no apartment complex is perfect. We have Darcy, the manager, and Matt and Katie who do everything they can to resolve any problem as quickly as possible. They are all great people who manage the building well and go the extra mile to help out the residents. People may say what they want, but this is a really nice place to live! We may have had bed bugs like other complexes in the city, yet our manager, Darcy, has them exterminated immediately to prevent an infestation.more ...hide ...
Someone who works there informed me that this complex has now bedbugs And also who actually lived there before told me that sometimes sketchy people moving in Not good at all I have pass on this
My father moved here in November 2017 The building is being systematically updated and is lovely The staff is friendly and helpful and the residents make it feel like one big family We have nothing but praise to share

I GIVE ZERO STARS...... HARASSMENT FROM MANAGEMENT WHEN A REPAIR IS NEEDED. WILL NOT FIX REPAIRS, including water damage, in a timely manner. UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT, POOR MANAGEMENT. MISSING PACKAGES. 11 DAYS AND WATER DAMAGE REPAIR NOT FIXED, BOARD IS WRECKED. BOWING IN FLOORS, BOWING OF THE UPSTAIRS STAIRWELL (can view from basement), NO OTHER REPAIRS DONE. followed by harassment for being loud at 1:30 pm for cleaning my childs room/ toy box, no noise ordinance, so cannot even clean your apartment without harassment.Water damage is worse and still leaking pipe. 12 days as of 7/19/22 that management Nancy has done nothing to fix, beam is at risk of failure n damaging rest of beams.
