The prices here are exorbitant and keep rising each year. Since I moved in a couple of years ago, rent has gone up by more than $300. It was $636 back in 2031, and now it is above $1300. In the time I've been here, has anything been improved? No! They only spruce up apartments when new tenants move in. All so they can 'justify' the high price. But they can afford to buy another golf cart! They clearly do not care about their tenants. I have to keep killing spiders and stink bugs, even though I'm paying more than $1300. Not to mention the wasp problem during summer. Do they do anything about it? No! They even charge a non-refundable fee of $300 for a 5-pound cat, plus an extra $150 refundable fee and an extra $30 a month. Avoid this place and go somewhere else. They're not worth it. All they care about is how much money they can make from their renters, while giving nothing in return. If I could, I'd give zero stars. All the 'owners' do is reply with promises to make things right, but they never do. Terrible place to live in. more ... hide ...

We asked for some sort of reimbursement, but were told there was nothing they could do. When we paid our last month's rent, the management deleted our resident account. My husband and I just moved in and we love it here Maintenance came right away for little things and we were able to get all the paperwork done for our move from another state through texts phone calls and emails and it was really easy
