I have twice now seen my personal car being damaged by other tenants' children who are allowed to play in the middle of the parking lot (they have a playground area). The first time it was hit by a ball, and the second time it was hit with a bicycle, resulting in body shop work to fix multiple scratches and a dent. We have returned home numerous times in the early morning hours (~1am) and seen kids still riding their bikes right in front of our moving car. I wouldn't place the blame on the management if it wasn't for the fact that it is a live-in management, so they observe the same as I do. Although it is a pet-free complex, there are multiple people with big dogs, small dogs, and cats. Additionally, there seems to be no curfew whatsoever, disregarding the needs of other inhabitants who have to put up with the noise of children running up and down the stairs and screaming all hours of the night. When our neighbors smoke weed, which is every day, the scent seeps through the vents into our flat, and I have had individuals rebuke me for my garments smelling of marijuana due to this. The police are always present due to the children and their parents fighting. The unit quality is a 4, but due to the substandard management, the overall rating would be 0 if I could.more ...hide ...
