To demonstrate this, I originally signed a six-month lease and then increased it to a bigger apartment and a longer lease. The staff members are very friendly and attentive. At least once a week, I take my puppies to the office just to chat with Amy, Rachel, and Bethany. The maintenance team here is the best I have ever had. They are responsive and are willing to go the extra mile to guarantee I have a pleasant stay. Mark is particularly remarkable. The activities organized by the apartment complex are always enjoyable. In the summer we had barbecues at the pool and in the fall, we watched Browns games on the rooftop lounge with a large flat screen TV and fireplace. Also, the rooftop deck has a city view. Whether you are having a taco potluck with all of your friends or watching a spooky movie with blankets and wine, the rooftop deck is the perfect spot. Both of the Quarter buildings have a modern hotel atmosphere. The whole apartment feels like a big community, and even more like a family. Although they advertise luxurious living, in the five months we've been here our cars have had their windows smashed and been broken into, our shower has been dysfunctional for days, the carpet in our bedroom has started to fray and come apart, the buzzer system didn't work until over a month after we moved in (and still has problems), and now our air conditioning is completely out. We have been without temperature control for nineteen days and the leasing office has barely communicated with us. They've reassured us repeatedly that it'll be fixed, only to cancel or reschedule the appointment at the last minute and leave us with nothing but a portable air conditioner that raises our electricity bill but brings no relief to any part of the apartment besides the far side of the living room. The property manager refuses to get in touch with us and has only made contact on the nineteenth day to say it isn't their fault our unit broke and that we should be grateful it's cold outside. They have no qualms about holding roof top parties on the weekends, yet don't seem to care about providing their tenants with the essential amenities. The customer service, or rather lack thereof, is truly remarkable. Believe me, there are loads of other options in Ohio City that would be a better choice than both The Quarter buildings.more ...hide ...

For years they have promised to update the apartment and as of yet nothing has been done. It€™s horrible, the office does not care about their tenants. It€™s been over 2 months and they have been holding money that they owe back for a mistake that THEY did.
