I've been here for one year now and I truly appreciate this place. My 1-bedroom apartment is a suitable size and I can comfortably have three guests over. The laundry area always looks like it's not been used. I never need to empty the dryer lint trap from the previous person. Above all, the manager, Marianne Drummond, has made this experience a hundred times better. She is extremely competent in her job and never appears to be angry. She is always available to answer any questions I have and there is never an inquiry she can't answer. Whenever she says she will get back with me, she really does; I never have to pursue her for a response or answer to an email I've sent. I give my experience here a 10/10 and the majority of that score is due to Marianne. Additionally, John, the new maintenance man, is a very nice and professional employee. It's been a long time since I have encountered a man who likes to work as much as John. No matter the weather, he is out here working with a smile on his face and he knows what he is doing.
