I lived there for nine years 20 years ago and I was a great place to live. As a single mom I felt safe and knew if anything went wrong it would be fixed quickly. It was also a great part of town to live in.

The management is rude, very disrespectful, does NOT abide by the hippa law. She WILL tell your business to other residents, make up lies, and cause as many problems for you as she can. If I have children, they will be miserable because they are not allowed to be kids at all..Good luck to anyone who moves to this sad place.more ...hide ...

If you want to be a nobody and never succeed in life your rent can be as low as 12 dollars a month. The remainder of that will be paid by hard working Americans.I would rate this a 2 but many of the residents cant count that high.more ...hide ...

Issues with apartments not fixed when reported several times a month before, apartments not even ready for tenants to move in, apartment manager telling tenants to re-light there own water heaters if they go out (which puts liabiliity on the tenants if something goes wrong)... phone calls and texts sent weekly for maintenance concerns and a month later, NONE of the issues have been fixed. I would not recommend these headaches to ANYONE!more ...hide ...
