I wholeheartedly advise choosing Lloyds Bayou. We moved my dad there in a difficult time, and the staff tried their best to help us. Keely in particular assisted my father by giving him tasks that made him feel needed. Despite it being during the Covid pandemic, which made it hard to reach out to other people, they still enabled him to not feel isolated. My father was also able to benefit from the regularly done collective walks, which improved both his physical health and social life. Heather and Alex kept me updated about anything and everything related to my father's care, even though I live in another state. When a relative called me about an issue concerning my dad, I was already aware of it due to Heather making sure I was informed right away. Heather is a true expert who knows her job and does it well. Additionally, she was willing to come back to work at night when my father was having some medical issues in order to meet the ambulance for me. She waited with my dad and the in-house nurse until the ambulance took him to the hospital, then she went back home. She gave up her evening, and later again another Sunday morning, to help me take care of my father. The staff is warm and welcoming and the activities are great Grandparents are able to host their grandchildren for fun events like Easter Egg Hunts which is so wonderful The make and take dinner parties are always a hit with each of the residents
