The overall experience was incredibly positive. The rent was unbeatable for the location ($600 for a 1 bedroom with a riverfront view, however these prices may have changed). The maintenance staff always provided a great deal of assistance and kept the area looking beautiful. A cleaning team came to clean the common areas on a weekly basis. The Property Manager was also very pleasant to work with. The apartment was roomy and spotless when I moved in. Additionally, the location on the River Trail was ideal. It was necessary to be on a waiting list for a few months before moving in, so if you're interested, you should be ready to wait a bit.Pros: View, location, cost, friendly neighbors, amenities (coin laundry, gym, and pool)Cons: Corporate pet policy was outdated (cats needed to be declawed - I would urge the corporate office to revise this policy as it's cruel to the animal to be declawed), walls not being the thickest, so it was sometimes easy to hear the neighbors (this is beyond the Property Manager's control, so I don't mean this as a criticism of them).EDIT: Corporate has updated their pet policy! YAY! Cats no longer need to be declawed. :-)more ...hide ...
