1010 recommend living in these apartments very well maintenanced maintenance guy even went out of his way to duck tape my window shut when i was out of town and it started downpouring

The place seemed suitable on the surface, yet it took them two months longer to move us in than the time promised. We never had the chance to view the apartment before signing the lease. Adding to the list of issues, some of the windows wouldn't close, half lacked screens, the furnace filter had not been changed in two years and was so dirty that air wasn't coming out of the vents. The master bathroom and door had stab marks and the toilets were held in place with a lot of caulk. Additionally, the sinks and tubs were clogged, the blinds were too small for the windows and would fall if you even glanced at them. Outside, the buildings were very untidy, with the dumpster overflowing and rubbish scattered around the premises, plus drug-related items like roaches from joints and pills in areas accessible to my kids. The apartment was hard to heat due to the unsealed windows, and the walls and ceilings were so thin that you could hear your neighbours snore. This is only a fraction of the difficulties.
