They are called luxury apartments (even raised the rent without notice because they are so called luxury) but are put together very quickly for a nice \"look\" but cheap \"feel\" . No maintenance man on site, so if you have an emergency it will have to wait until whenever the managers husband or company becomes available. No sense of urgency to fix problems. Trash sprawled all over the the trash can area, no one will pick up. Good location and decent appliances. They Racially profile African Americans......Very Poor Managment.more ...hide ...
