I have a client living in this facility. Shes been there ever since the door opened which was fourteen years ago. Her place is in very poor condition. She has not had her walls painted or carpet or kitchen floor replaced in FOURTEEN years. Her stove is so worn that the dials no longer have numbers on them. For years they have promised to update the apartment and as of yet nothing has been done. So in her defense im advocating for her to see if she can get this taken care of so that she can live in an clean updated home.

Instead of reaching out to fix it, they ignore you and dodge every call and visit you make to the office. But they make sure they send letters to try to charge you in anyway. I don€™t recommend.
