My mom and dad lived here for 7 years. My dad passed away and not long after my mom experienced a fire due to a microwave shorting out causing a circuit fire. Kearsley Villa tried suing her for damages but lost their casMy mom and dad lived here for 7 years. My dad passed away and not long after my mom experienced a fire due to a microwave shorting out causing a circuit fire. Kearsley Villa tried suing her for damages but lost their case in court because it was obvious it was an electrical fire beyond moms control. The incident still haunts my mom in that Kearsley Villa gave a subsequent negative recommendation in senior housing which still follows mom to this day. My mom and dad never missed a rental payment and for sure didnt deserve to be treated so negatively for an incident in which no one was at fault! Management treated mom badly! I would highly recommend avoiding this place if at all possible!more ...hide ...
