When I was told I had secured a place there, I was excited about the manager's storage apartment, which was mostly dece I gave this rating only so I could get the message out. He said I could move in on a particular date. When the day came, upon entering I was met with a strong smell of urine. As I walked across the floor, my feet turned black due to the dirty carpet - he only changed it three weeks after I had moved in. The bathroom had mold around the toilet and sink, close to the floor. The toilet was running nonstop, which I fixed. The playground was a garbage dump for the stray cats. My neighbor was caught taking photographs of little girls outside. He didn't know them; the father approached him and asked what he was doing, took his phone, and called the police. However, since he was disabled, they took no action. Afterwards, the father threatened him by pointing a gun at him, in my building. He was also seen by many of the downstairs tenants and was caught looking into their windows. The other neighbor had his door kicked in, but the cause of the incident remains unknown. He was very upset. The other building was known for its roaches, and the third was regularly visited by police for drug-related issues. I could tell you more, but I think you get the idea. more ... hide ...

This place is the worst dont live here infested with roches
