The staff is great. Most but NOT ALL of the residents are TRASHY ghetto people that need to watch their kids instead of sitting around smoking pot, while their kids are outside tearing up the grounds and laundry room. I The staff is great. Most but NOT ALL of the residents are TRASHY ghetto people that need to watch their kids instead of sitting around smoking pot, while their kids are outside tearing up the grounds and laundry room. I SEEN other COMMENTS below that I want to address, Residents if you dont want the manager Ashley to be rude to you dont be rude to her treat people how you want to be treated she is verry kind. If you dont pay your bills and your Consumers gets shut off because you expect dhs to pay it and get evicted thats your fault not hers if you dont turn in your paperwork on time and get evicted thats on you Stop being lazy most of you live rent free. turn in you papers report your jobs rent is only 30% of your overall income it is cheap and as for maintenance they are verry nice too, I feel sorry for them for having to go into some of these dirty ass peoples apartment its hard for them to keep up, you idiots and your idiotic visitors tear up and want them right there to fix it, go walk your lazy asses up to the office and put in a work order they will fix it sometime that week and if its an emergency they come right away even if the office is closed nights weekends and to the other person who said they dont answer the phone How can they when they are busy dealing with these dumb TRASHY people that they HAVE to rent to as long as they qualify they cant discriminate or they will lose their jobs. PS. TO THE BLAIRPARKIANS OR SHOULD I SAY HALF OF JACKSON COUNTY BECAUSE THEY ARE EVERYWHERE NORTH,SOUTH, WEST, EAST AND EVERY LOW INCOME PROPERTY STOP LIVING AND ACTING LIKE TRASH. I never had a problem since I LIVED there because Im clean, respectful, greatfully thankful for this blessing that me and my children have a roof over our heads at an affordable price its just a blessing.more ...hide ...
