Red oak management does not address hostile environment leaving tenants to defend themselves Creates complaints in retaliation for filing valid complaints Disregards asthma patients by dispersing chemicals through continuous aromatic spraying in haRed oak management does not address hostile environment leaving tenants to defend themselves Creates complaints in retaliation for filing valid complaints Disregards asthma patients by dispersing chemicals through continuous aromatic spraying in hallway and dismissing obvious soot collecting on walls above heat vents which instigates further breathing issues Disregards disability of PTSD does not train management in regards to renters rights Fair Housing rights nor Disability act rights They lie they intercept phone calls and mail directed to upper supervisor positions vice president ectnThey disregard inability to use balconies due neglect of routine maintenance They ignore and disregard work order requests from bee hives in air condition ing space two summers in a row until MSHDA gave them a failed inspection to warped damaged boards to thermostat not working for two weeks during cold spells My two and a half years here caused my physical and mental health to decline Instead of addressing the issues immediately and professionally they added to the stress and fears through disregard and retaliating by creating complaints write ups and threats of eviction I was able to use the laundry facility one time due to an aggressive hostile tenant residing in apt directly aside the laundry room and because there was no exit in the rear of building on lower level other than other tenants sliding doors in their apartments I would not recommend this place to anybody who wants to enjoy safe peaceful living with assurance of proffesional managementnI dealt with group bullying for the entire 2 and a half years Ive lived herenThe only reason Im writing this now is because Im finally moving and know any retaliating actions from them after this post will be duly notedmore ...hide ...
