They are scamy as far as moving out and you can never get clarification on anything you have questions on I lived here a year and I have never seen a place ran so unprofessionally in my whole life Very disappointed with how everything gets ignored or They are scamy as far as moving out and you can never get clarification on anything you have questions on I lived here a year and I have never seen a place ran so unprofessionally in my whole life Very disappointed with how everything gets ignored or you get told one thing one day and than they act like they never said that If you are about to move in here I would record every conversation and phone call and save every paper There lease is also NOT 12 months its 13 so when you think you are good to move out a year later you are really not They also want you to clean everything down to the t when it should be maintenance job When I first moved in I had spots on my carpet that should have been replaced and wasnt I wasnt the only one that had issues either my neighbor has been fighting to get things fixed for years that they refuse to fix more ... hide ...
