I've been here since it opened in November of 2019 and I wanted to share my experience. I was worried about the noise level, but it hasn't been a problem for me. I was worried about the noise level, but it hasn't been a problem for me. I go to bed early and wake up early and I don't hear any noise from the concerts and they end by 9:30. I have a noise machine and blackout blinds, so I don't have any issues. The rent is a bit higher than some of the other places nearby, but the square footage is a bit smaller. I haven't had to communicate with management often, and when I do it's usually within a day. Maintenance has been great and they've fixed any issues I had within a day while I was at work. The location is great and having the listening room connected is a nice perk. All in all, it's been a great experience. It all depends on what you're looking for. more ... hide ...
