I have been living here for over two years and the building is kept up, regularly cleaned, and the lawn is maintained consistently. I would completely refute the comment about car safety at the location; there is a gated parking lot with plenty of light and parking spots for tenants at no cost. I have had no issues with the security of my vehicle. As for the previous review's mention of bedbugs and mice coming out of the walls, I can say with certainty that I have not seen either in my two years here. The management team is easy to deal with and responsive, often replying to emails within 24 hours. They are also quite understanding when it comes to me being late on my rent - they work with me so I can avoid court costs every month.
