The building is kept very clean which is something I didn't expect when I moved here, considering it's a high-rise in Detroit. My floor is very quiet and I don't hear any noise from either side or above, unlike my previous residence. I plan to stay here for a long time. The staff at the office have been helpful each time I went to them, and it's important to remember that they have to handle a lot of people and can get overwhelmed. When I need a repair it is resolved quickly, which is different from the last place I stayed at where I had to wait days or even weeks, and the building would deteriorate due to lack of maintenance. The neighborhood is acceptable, I haven't had any problems. There is a nice park over the street which is great for a walk and I hear it can be dangerous at certain times of the year and day. The Fort Street bus stop and the Smart bus number 125 are not far away either. more ... hide ...

This is a decent place to live I stayed to myself and paid my rent My unit is clean with no issues I would refer this property Management is decent as well Thanks for everything Ms Jones youre professionally wonderful

I move in 2 weeks ago the mg is a little rudesometime but when managing a placeu have to be a little hardit is quite and clean I stay to myself and keep my rent paid

this place is ghetto as hell trashy and the landlord Miss Jones sleeps with tenants including elderly women who cannot afford to pay theyre rent
