Sher, the Executive Director,My mom and my aunt have been living at Baldwin (American House) since the Fall of 2018. The staff is wonderful, and I have always found them to be very responsive when I€™ve had questions. Sher, the Executive Director, is wonderful. Her door is always open, and she takes a personal interest in the well being of the residents.Remarkably, during the last year and a half, the residents of Baldwin House have been kept very safe. Masks were required, and visitors were not allowed in the building. All meals were delivered to residents€™ appartments. There was a staff person at the front door at all times to accept deliveries. During that time only one resident tested positive for COVID.My wife and I looked at many other options, and have never regretted choosing Baldwin House. You can find places that charge a lot more, but I doubt you will find one with a higher level of service.more ...hide ...
