If I could, I would give no stars. I recently had a gas leak due to negligence on their part, which could have been fatal for me and my children had an outside contractor not come in to examine the pipe they had supposedly fixed the day before. According to the contractor, they had done nothing but apply putty to the outside of the pipe. Debrah in the office said they needed to hear from the contractor that the pipe had not been properly fixed before they could take any action. After the contractor put tags on the pipe indicating it was a DANGEROUS situation that needed to be rectified IMMEDIATELY, the women in the office were rude. Whenever I called to make a work order, all they said was that they would inform maintenance. Even then, maintenance rarely came until I called multiple times in a state of frustration. When they did, they talked to me as if I were a child, as if I was being a nuisance for pointing out things that needed fixing. If the management hired new people in the office and maintenance staff who actually cared about the property and the tenants, the apartments could remain in good condition. more ... hide ...

Not a senior apartment Have lived here 4yrs and there has been a steady decline Lots of drugs Quality of residents is very poor Has Security but they basically are no real help
