There are several people living in these apartments and they are complaining about the illegal actions by the maintenance people Their testimonies are the maintenance people are coming into their apartments after they leave and without a 24hour noticThere are several people living in these apartments and they are complaining about the illegal actions by the maintenance people Their testimonies are the maintenance people are coming into their apartments after they leave and without a 24hour notice of purpose which is required by law unless its an emergency Their claim is there is no emergency and some of the residents suspect the maintenance peopleperson of perverse actions and theft However they are not banding together to fight this horribly personally invasive and illegal behavior I strongly suggest interviewing the residence prior to making a commitment and signing a lease at these apartments This is what I was informed of from the residence upon inquiring as to their opinions about the apartments I will never rent from this management company unless there is a complete overhaul of their managersmore ...hide ...

I think the Stuyvesant is a really cool and chill place to live at. The building was renovated in 2014 by Wolverine Construction and I think they did an amazing job, these apartments are really nice. The building was renovated in 2014 by Wolverine Construction and I think they did an amazing job, these apartments are really nice. The managers who work in the office went out of their way for me and worked extremely hard to get me into this place as quickly as possible. I have a history of being homeless and have difficulty working due to severe mental and emotional impairments, under normal circumstances someone like me could never afford an apartment this nice. Everyone else who lives here seems pretty friendly. There is a gentleman who comes in and keeps the hallways clean. It is a true blessing to live here.more ...hide ...
