Cute very private apartments Plenty of space to walk animals Pet friendly Close to downtown rose city restaurants stores Unfortunately situated next to noisy factory American plastic toys witch runs all day and night for 5 days in a row two off And b Cute very private apartments Plenty of space to walk animals Pet friendly Close to downtown rose city restaurants stores Unfortunately situated next to noisy factory American plastic toys witch runs all day and night for 5 days in a row two off And busy winery rose valley winery smells like wine and certain apartments will have people and campers in back yard all summer Horrible management they conduct many inspections with very short notice yet they will not fix things in the apartment I posted pictures of my back screen door witch is full of mold and is making me very sick as I suffer from autoimmune disorders After months of calling management to have it fixed and being ignored I pulled off the door and put it in my front yard because the management was doing a surprise inspection and I couldnt arrange things so I could be home that day and I wanted the manager to see that the maintenance refused to replace it and just spray painted it When the management saw the door instead of doing the right thing and helping me they slapped me with a lease violation and threatened to evict me if I dident put the door back on my apartment I told them that I will not put that door back on my apartment So they told me that I have to replace the door at MY OWN EXPENSE or face eviction I am low income disabled and this is the way that I am treated here not right So If you or a loved one is considering a move to Houghton Creek apartments be aware that the disabled are treated with zero compassion and you WILL be responsible for PAYING for your own repairs in the apartment similar to if you had your own trailer A couple of years ago I had to replace the garage disposal as well After months of calling and having a backed up and stinking sink I just couldnt take it anymore God help me if the fridge or furnace gives outnUpdate 10322 just found out that my neighbor is getting evicted due to unavoidable damage to his apartment caused by his electric wheelchair Its a wheelchair apartment New management is discriminating against the disabled Also found out that the owner died and the property got left to his wife From my own experience when they stop doing repairs in a low income building that means that the building is about to be sold Due to the transfer of ownership and the lack of investment in the property I have reasonable cause to believe that the property will be sold soon This place is best to be avoided because when the building sells the tenants get evicted more ... hide ...
