I am currently a resident and have been for a few years now. Ive had nothing but good experiences with the office staff and maintenance crew. Ive had nothing but good experiences with the office staff and maintenance crew. My heat went out a few weeks ago, I contact maintenance and within a hour Steven came. It was colder in my house then it was outside but he didnt leave until it was fixed. He was very professional and came fast might I add on a Sunday! You may hear a lot of negative or bad things about this place but I have nothing but good things to say. When I call the office with a questioned if it cant get answered right then, they call me back within 48hours with the answer. My grass is always maintained and no trash blowing around the yard. When it snows they shovel and put down salt. I love it here and would highly recommend living here.more ...hide ...
