I absolutely love my apartment! I love the manager. shes absolutely fabulous! Only a few blocks from historic down town. Its a beautiful town! Im originally from Waterford so this is a nice change of pace. The other good thing is the cameras they have posted everywhere! Yes, it has its issues. But any neighborhood does. I appreciate places like Baytown Family Neighborhood because it gives families that are low income a chance to pay rent and cover their bills and still do things togetheYes, it has its issues. For what it is, it is a great place. I wouldnt mind living here but I dont qualify. It has a common area downstairs, and a great seating area. Security is also very good here so the residents here feel safe.
