The current office staff are much more affable and understanding compared to the previous ones, although at times they may be too nice to be demanding. In the last 6 months, they have sent out approximately 8 notifications to everyone concerning the issue of not picking up after their dogs, but nothing else has been done regarding this problem. Recently, they have renovated the interior and exterior of Village Manor, although it was done quite cheaply. On the whole, the best aspect is that if you require maintenance, all you have to do is call and they will arrive within a few minutes on weekdays or about 30 minutes on weekends. MOST IMPORTANTLY: As a final point, when living in an apartment building, your neighbors make or break the entire situation. So, just remember to be thoughtful and understanding. If you have a difficulty with them, for example, making a lot of noise at 1am, just talk to them! Most people are reasonable and won't be hostile, yet bear in mind that noises will be made, things will be dropped, knocked over, and people may slip and fall, so if it is not a daily occurrence then assume it won't happen again. We are all just living our lives, so take it easy and don't make a minor issue bigger.more ...hide ...
