I recently left Riverfront Apartments after spending a year there since I needed more space now that I work from home. I had a wonderful time while I was there. The maintenance personnel were always kind and kept the grounds looking superb. There was a cleaning team that came to clean the communal spaces weekly. I was also happy with the Property Manager. When I moved in, the apartment was roomy and really clean. The location on the River Trail was super. I did have to wait a few months until there was an opening, so if you are thinking of renting there, be ready to wait.Pros: View, locale, cost, friendly neighbors, features (coin laundry, gym, and pool)Cons: Outdated corporate pet policy (cats had to be declawed - I would urge the corporate office to reconsider this policy as it is cruel to the animal to be declawed), not the thickest walls so it was occasionally easy to hear neighbors (this is out of the property manager's power so I don't mean this as an accusation to them).EDIT: Corporate has altered their pet policy! YAY! Cats no longer need to be declawed. :-) more ... hide ...
