I have nothing but positive feedback for both the site managers and maintenance workers. The location is absolutely perfect for my lifestyle, and I don't plan on moving for the foreseeable future. Though, there are some downsides. The guest parking is rather tedious and not conducive to a normal, balanced social life. I'd like to see the reserved parking signs to be larger and the towing policy to be applied more strictly. I have noticed cars parked in my assigned space too often. Other than that, the only other negative remarks would fall under the category of normal community matters. The building has become noisier than in my first year, especially during quiet hours and mainly on the weekends. Some tenants don't return the carts to the right place in the garage or leave them in odd places, which is not considerate to the other residents. Additionally, one of my neighbors has taken it upon himself to receive my packages from the mail delivery area and put them at my door. This is a problem for a variety of reasons. Despite this, I'm still content with Creamette Historic Lofts. more ... hide ...

2021-05-25T22:13:07ZTook a tour of this building and was very disappointed to see that both units I looked at were not as advertised To start it took forever to actually get a hold of somebody to take a tour The common areas of the building were filthy and it smelled aw Took a tour of this building and was very disappointed to see that both units I looked at were not as advertised To start it took forever to actually get a hold of somebody to take a tour The common areas of the building were filthy and it smelled awful The AC wasnt on and it was a hot humid 80 day Both units I toured had inunit laundry listed as an amenity on the website and drawn into the floor plan Neither apartment actually had inunit laundry Furthermore there was no overhead lighting in the bedrooms no hardware on the cabinets and the overall look of the recently renovated units looked really incomplete Why would the floor plan show a washer and dryer if the available apartment doesnt even have one I think some transparency on the website about what the available units actually have would be helpful for future tenants because I could have compromised on the other things more ... hide ...
