He mentioned that the unit would need painting and new carpeting before I could check it out, and he said he'd call me the following Monday to arrange a showing. Monday came and went with no call, email, or voice message from him. It took five more of my voice messages before I heard from him again and still no showing was scheduled. Eventually, I got the address for the place I was to rent, but the entire process took a month. Curtis was the most unprofessional individual I've ever encountered; he never answered calls or replied to messages. It took me calling the corporate office in Pittsburgh to get my application and deposit back before I received a single call from him. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property as I can only imagine what it would be like to encounter him as a tenant. more ... hide ...
