On the day I was supposed to move in, they were not in the office to hand me my keys. When I finally got to move in a week later, they still did not have a key ready for me. All my outdated appliances have broken down since I moved in, and I'm not expecting maintenance to repair them. The staff could not be worse. One maintenance worker could not even replace a fridge lightbulb, and Linda in the office never works a full eight-hour day. If the housing office is open until 5 p.m., she will be gone by at least 3:30 p.m. In the middle of winter, the entire building was without hot water for two weeks and no rent credit was given. Also, in winter, the parking lot never gets plowed. Don't anticipate 24 hours' notice to be given before they enter your unit to pilfer whatever they want. If you do decide to live here, set up security cameras around your unit within the first ten minutes. The laundry is extremely overpriced and the dryer will leave your clothes wet and damaged just to get more quarters. Moving into this apartment was the worst decision of my adult life and it really annoys me to have given them so much of my money. more ... hide ...

Nobody would like it if I did the same to them. Moving int I moved in during April and have since encountered numerous problems; items have been broken, clothing has been taken out of my wardrobe, and my locks have been changed without prior warning. Nobody would like it if I did the same to them. Moving into a new apartment has been incredibly discouraging. My daughter and I had hoped for a better experience, but instead we have been hurt. We don't understand how people can carry on with their lives when they are in the wrong. We feel violated with no rights as tenants, even though we have done nothing wrong. We are good people and don't deserve the treatment we have received. It is hard to comprehend. more ... hide ...
