I had the displeasure of living in this community for 8 years Management is extremely incompetent uncaring and standoffish The amount of drug use was insane and constant management cared nothing for the people using the parking lot as a racetrack the I had the displeasure of living in this community for 8 years Management is extremely incompetent uncaring and standoffish The amount of drug use was insane and constant management cared nothing for the people using the parking lot as a racetrack their answer for everything is call the cops After speaking with both the Anoka Police Department and the Anoka County Sheriffs Office I was told that all the issues that I was told to call the cops about by management were issues that were NOT police matters and that apt communities typically write them up as lease violations People constantly peering in the ground floor windows and patio doors also contacted the Apartments management company Dominium several times and never got any return phone calls or emails Maintenance good thing I was handy with my own tools as I had to take care of numerous issues in my apt after 34 times reporting the same issues over and over to management The grounds for a no smoking community were sure covered with A LOT of cigarette butts Parking You better hope you dont have a car good luck finding a spot to park Numerous visitors parking in resident spots that are never towed as the signs posted proclaim there is no overnight parking on the street in front of the community if you do you get a parking ticket Constant parties in several of the same apts over and over with loud music at all hours of the day and night Management claims they will talk to them yet it still went on and on and on The buildings hallways laundry room garages entry way were all in a state of disrepair that only got worse as my tenancy went on There are numerous other issues and I opted to break my lease several months early for my families safety Not to mention the resident managers violation of state regulations but that is a story for the MN State Attorney Generals officenI honestly would rather have to go back to living in my car than to ever have live at Woodland Park ever again more ... hide ...
