The handymen they have get to you right away, Ive never had to wait more than an hour. The entire time I was there I think I only had one or two very small problems which they took care of immediately. Although we could hear our neighbors (in what apartment can you not?) it wasnt terribly loud. They are also insulated well, our bills were always very reasonable, and the heating was always good (and Im always cold so that was great!).
