This used to be an excellent place to stay until the new management took over. The new management is a laughingstock. Several times our heating stopped working, and they simply kept telling us to wait until it came back on. Several times our heating stopped working, and they simply kept telling us to wait until it came back on. I had to keep asking them to call someone to repair it as we had a newborn. We had initially been allowed to keep a cat and a dog, but then out of the blue we were informed we could only keep one pet if we presented a doctor's note and had to do so within a week. We had to scramble and find a home for our cat (fortunately I had family who could take her) and I had to obtain a doctor's note for my dog. When I gave the note to Carol (manager), I informed her that I would need it back as it contained personal medical information. She answered that she didn't have it, so who knows where my medical details are roaming around. She even posted a note on our door with foul language. People let their animals wander around the Townhomes like it was a ranch and nothing was done about it. Other dogs would drop their droppings in our yard and then we were blamed for never cleaning it up. Whenever it snowed, it took ages for the plow to arrive and they always did a horrid job since they had employed the most inexpensive service in the area. Its a very nice to live and very clean
