Meadow Ridge is a joke for anyone looking for affordable housing also (rent there is anywhere from $850 up into the $900s) . The walls, floors, shelving were covered with a nasty black film. The bathroom needed to be cleaned 3 x before the walls did not drip dirty water. There was dried urine on the floor and at the base of the toilet. Im very appreciative that the carpet was replaced, however there are cigarette burns in the linoleum in the kitchen and barhroom. Ive worked very hard cleaning so I can move into the apartment. I guess the most important things for me right now would be to get the blinds replaced and if wishes came true ..the exhaust fan in the kitchen cleaned.
