I have been living in this beautiful apartment for a few months. It is quite spacious and has large windows that cover two-thirds of the wall space, reaching from three feet above the floor to the fourteen foot ceilings in the living room and bedroom I have been living in this beautiful apartment for a few months. It is quite spacious and has large windows that cover two-thirds of the wall space, reaching from three feet above the floor to the fourteen foot ceilings in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is big with plenty of cupboards and a great design. Additionally, the living room and bedrooms all have ceiling fans, which help reduce the cost of air conditioning significantly. There are also lots of closets and a large bathroom. It is an Art Deco high school building, which has been renovated to be historically accurate. Some of the entrance doors have the original paintings on them that say "Principal's Office" or "Nurse's Office." I am lucky to face northeast towards the courtyard, which has beautiful landscaping. The party room is very large with a partial kitchen, half bathroom, many tables and chairs, and French doors that open up to the courtyard. There is also a fireplace with a television above it, and recently, they added some new couches and chairs. The maintenance and manager are both very prompt in responding to requests and everything is in excellent condition and clean. Unfortunately, there are no garages, but there is more than enough parking. The neighbors are all very respectful, and there are no students or loud parties. It is truly the best-kept secret in Winona. Personally, I find the high school building to be more elegant than the junior high school building, although the apartments more ... hide ...

Been in the Washignton crossing apt for about 4 years now Very disappointed in the rapid management change Privious management was outstanding and bilingual

I have lived here for 7 years and love it Management and maintenance team is fantastic The apartments are light and airy and have charm left from when it was the old high school and middle school Lots of windows and exposed brick Just love it
