Its disturbing that its taking so long to resolve.Bed bugs currently infesting the building. No warning signs in the doors for visitors and theyre not taking the residents much.My grandfather lives here. It was renovated by the new owners. They dont care about their handicap residents. Made the kitchen cupboards higher so those in wheelchairs can only use part of their shelving space. Management is almost never in the office. They took away the visitors parking. Im here at a minimum twice a week to see my grandfather and i bring my children to see him. Its extremely frustrating that they have a need but infestation and have NOT resolved the problem yet. This should be your first priority. I plan on contacting several agencies and the media if this isnt taken care of by next week.more ...hide ...
