Do not spend your money here!!! I hate sounding like a Karen but this place has the WORST management.Janessa is awesome, all other employees are worthless. The worst customer service I€™ve ever received. I asked about the timeline of when the tile and trim in the entryway is going to get fixed as it has been unfinished for weeks. They could not give me an answer. I asked when the enormous hole in the ceiling would be fixed. They could not give me an answer. I couldn€™t even get an educated guess of when it would be done. The blame just gets passed to the contractors or the maintenance staff. While the tile and trim sit there half done, the pop machine that was originally in the entryway is now right in front of the elevator area which is already small. It is nearly impossible for someone in a wheelchair to access the elevator, but no one is moving with a sense of purpose to try and resolve the issue or finish the project. It is embarrassingly filthy, and the staff would know that if they would just take a simple walk around.Upon moving in, our vents were as pictured. The maintenance worker came one month after we moved in and said he would wipe them down but that€™s it, so I just ended up deep cleaning them myself. My bathroom, light fixtures, and appliances were also full of dust and dirt upon moving in, again I cleaned them myself because I wanted it done right. The parking garage is COVERED in dirt and grime and always has piles of garbage in it, as well as mattresses, couches, and other large furniture and appliances just laying around. Not to mention my parking spot that was originally assigned to me was assigned to someone else a week later and I got moved to a spot farther away from the door???There is a perpetual smell of marijuana which management has combated by posting a sign in the elevator asking people to stop smoking weed€¦ very proactive€¦The mail gets dropped off in a common area where anyone has access to it, there is no mail room. Management has said that there will be one coming soon but there has yet to be any progress on any sort of mail room. I had a package get stolen and their response was €œit probably got dropped off at the wrong place€. HUH?$2100 a month and THIS is what I get. I will be moving out ASAP. Don€™t waste your money here.more ...hide ...
