Nice Apartments but very poor Management The half decent managers theyve had dont last only the ones that look out for the bottom line donnBeen living here 2 12 yrs and have had numerous issues From water turned off on the wknds to keycards for the fNice Apartments but very poor Management The half decent managers theyve had dont last only the ones that look out for the bottom line donnBeen living here 2 12 yrs and have had numerous issues From water turned off on the wknds to keycards for the front enterance not working to packages being delivered to their 2nd floor office when there is practically no one therennThey apparently fixed that issue by having the packages brought to a first floor room near the main office but can take anywhere from 15 mins to 1 hr to get someone to help you since every other time you come down to the office the door is closed Hours are listed from 85 yet some days 12pm its close others days 3pm its closednnIt seems Midtown Exchange Management wants you to work around their changing schedulennThe most disappointing of issues is their lease renewal process They send it 3040 days before your lease is up and if a tenant is not happy with the rent increases theyre stuck for 3090 past their lease end date because we require a full 2 months notice before vacating yet no where on the actual lease does it state what the rental rate will be if someone is stuck living there beyond their lease Office employees tells you well its 100 more then whatever you currently pay and thats common knowledge Common knowledge to whom Where is it stated in the fine printnnIf you ever have issues the office will direct you to a regional manager andor a regional director yet getting a call back is impossible cause it seems everyone at Sherman Associates the owner of the property is always at a trainingnnSo now in my case Im stuck living here for an additional 89days past the end of my least date because they need 2 full calendar months notice and dropping off a notice the 3rd of Oct is too late so essentially to hell with the remaining 28 days of this month Smdhmore ...hide ...
