We stayed in the new phase II apartments for one year in the 1 bed 1 bath floor plan The apartment was very nice clean spacious and comfortably fit 2 people We had very little problems with anything inside the apartment and if there was ever an issue We stayed in the new phase II apartments for one year in the 1 bed 1 bath floor plan The apartment was very nice clean spacious and comfortably fit 2 people We had very little problems with anything inside the apartment and if there was ever an issues maintenance was always quickly on top of it even after hours Dawn the property manager was always very communicative and understanding They even let us dog sit family pets for short time periods without have to pay the pet fee which we greatly appreciated This was the best place we stayed during our time at Purdue and the complex stayed pretty quiet due to its location off the main road Also the gym pool business center and grill were great amenities that we used often Would recommend to anyone more ... hide ...

Weve been living at trailside flats for 2 years and love it Great management and maintenance team We love using the pool gym and media room The grill and hammock area is also great to use Newly remodeled apartments and for a great price
