I€™ve been living here for more then a decade and this new management has been the worst management that has taken over the office. There has been a lot of rodent problems for almost a year and they haven€™t taken any serious action to get rid of it. When you call the office no one would answer the call nor would they try to get you an appointment and always make excuses. Also been being charged hourly for any service work from the maintenance crew hourly. Even if they don€™t do anything they still charge you because €œthey took the time to come to your house€. The area I live in is so old and they aren€™t taking any action to change it also. Worst management team.more ...hide ...
