My name is **full.name.hidden** Peterson I am currently looking for a property to rent I have recently moved from my prior residence of 8 years located in New Brighton I am Interested in this property because it is very close in location to my prior rental property and that is important to me So that I am able to continue to use services locally for my daughter039s disability I also would like for the children to continue attending school and program in the district I am looking for a 3BDR and a 2BA We are a family of 4 I have 2 children and it will be 2 adults which would be myself and my brother who I currently care for FullTime as he is considered to be a vulnerable adult I also have a foster child who has been with us since 2023

Management is terrible. They go through managers every 3 months. Management just implemented new parking regulations that makes it impossible to park anywhere without getting towed if you have more than 2 vehicles. The nManagement is terrible. The neighborhood is loud with ton of kids running around being obnoxious. There are also a group of elderly that sit around and watch you like and eagle with a phone in hand ready to report anything that displeases them. Wouldn€™t recommend this place to anyone unless management steps up and actually listens to its residents.more ...hide ...
