As a manager, I know it could be possible that someone else applied before us, but they just gave me a thumbs up when I said we sent the applications. There was no indication that our applications wouldn't be taken into consideration. In my opinion, they shouldn't accept multiple applications if they're not running multiple applications. It's already tough right now; don't make it harder. If they had refunded our application fee when deciding to not even consider us, then this review wouldn't have been written since I have received no response from them. They may be great for those who get accepted for renting but my family and I had a bad experience with them. After posting this review, finally the reason for denial was told - (nonviolent) disorderly conduct and an abandoned vehicle/suspended license ticket from years past along with low credit score (which we did mention about having a co-signer during applying but weren't given the opportunity). Although this doesn’t make me or my partner dangerous to anyone but still communication should have been done earlier than this so thank you for providing information after writing the review. To clarify again: My negative review is mainly due to non-responsiveness even after paying rather than being denied itself and messages were unanswered until the review was posted - at least issue has been resolved now but still won’t recommend them nonethelessmore ...hide ...

Now keep in mind this is an apartment structure and it requires a year lease and I believe a possible waiting list. Duluth PACk is just down a block along with a ice cream shop, Bars, restaurants, micro breweries, Pizza place (Lees Pizza,) convenience store/gas station and a taco restaurant, and much more!more ...hide ...
