As of 8/24/18, the new management has made several improvements, but the building is no longer exclusively for seniors. If someone is looking for a place for their elderly parent, I would suggest looking elsewhere. My mother is still safe there, but I wish she would move because she has always wanted a balcony. She has lived in this complex for over a decade and loves it, though it is in need of renovations (old, inefficient toilets, cabinets, and appliances). Sadly, my mother's thermostat is set to 56°F and the minimum temperature for this time of year is 65°F. She asked for her air conditioning unit to be covered to ward off the cold, but it hasn't been done after four days. more ... hide ...

Used to be great now construction has taken over trees removed to be replaced with smaller trees water shut off phones shut off all the time due to construction Wait until the construction is done before stepping a foot in the front door
