I inhabit Hickory Ridge Town homes, and unless you live there, you can't really provide much commentary. They may have referred to it as a remodel, but looks can be deceiving. They may have referred to it as a remodel, but looks can be deceiving. Everything is the same - they simply put a coat of paint on it and called it done. We need genuine professionals, not amateurs here. The place still needs improvement on the inside and out. We have electrical problems, with lights burning out. The materials used to patch up the sinks were practically plastic. The bathrooms and closets constantly smell like sewage. I believe this is because the water has nowhere to go outside due to the uneven terrain, which causes it to get backed up into the water system and thus the house to perpetually smell like sewage. If something ends up going wrong, it takes forever for them to come and do the maintenance. Management is never really on-site. When they show up, it's on an unpredictable basis, and they tend to hide from their tenants. I think we can do much better. Management also make mistakes and tenants are blamed for it when it comes to them being deprived of money. What I'm trying to say is that they always want their money, but when they owe you due to their errors, they don't want to pay you back. When they referred to it as a remodel, they should have moved everyone out and razed everything and built anew. The garage should have been demolished since it's a safety hazard. Youmore ...hide ...
