Art the property manage is kind and does his job well. Rob the onsite maintenance guy is also nice. The apartments themselves are nothing special and show their age. On site laundry can be a hassle - insufficient amount of washers and dryers. Outdoor common area in back of the apartment is very nice looking but useless and cant be utilized unless you rent the crappy party room so forget about conveniently having a BBQ. A healthy portion of the tenants are senior citizens - some of the most horrendous smells come from their cooking habits.. Parking is always an issue (lack of available spots) unless you have an underground parking spot ($50 extra). The location itself is rather desirable with easy access to buses. Rent is around $1100 - 2 bed 1 1/2 bath.more ...hide ...
