I wish I could give 0 stars I have a friend in the building who has applied for rental assistance through the state of Minnesota and they are threatening to take them to civil court to collect their money As someone who works in property management t I wish I could give 0 stars I have a friend in the building who has applied for rental assistance through the state of Minnesota and they are threatening to take them to civil court to collect their money As someone who works in property management the fact that a company is threatening legal action against someone who has applied for assistant through the state is absolutely disgusting and appauling They have no understanding compassion or communication skills I would NEVER threaten legal action agaist a resident who has filed for assistance for rent payments just to collect the money that was already approved to be paid through the state I am amazed and disgusted more ... hide ...

The building itself is decent and is in a great location The apartments are on the smaller size and have cheap finishing but the rent is pretty low for the neighborhood The management is really nice and maintenance gets to your requests pretty quickl The building itself is decent and is in a great location The apartments are on the smaller size and have cheap finishing but the rent is pretty low for the neighborhood The management is really nice and maintenance gets to your requests pretty quickly However the residents arent always great The hallways elevators and laundry rooms are dirty because people refuse to clean up after themselves and their pets Theres also a problem with smoking people smoke in the stairwells and right outside the entrances Overall the apartment building itself is ok but you have to put up with the other residentsnnEdit reply the new management is worse than the old They dont enforce any COVID restrictions nothing is fixed when you submit a maintenance request and they dont notify you when water shutoffs and such happen Deanna the old manager was amazing the new ones Not so much Stay away if you can more ... hide ...

I have lived in StoneArch2 for nearly 10 months and I am thoroughly pleased with the apartment and the building. Being near the Stone Arch Bridge and the Parks is a huge bonus. Within a couple blocks, there are a lot of restaurants and retailers that I have lived in StoneArch2 for nearly 10 months and I am thoroughly pleased with the apartment and the building. Being near the Stone Arch Bridge and the Parks is a huge bonus. Within a couple blocks, there are a lot of restaurants and retailers that are within walking distance. The staff is considerate and efficient, the area is spotless, and maintenance is quick to act. The building is modern, cheerful, and inviting. Compared to other apartments I have lived in, I'm very grateful that this place always smells pleasant. Of course, apartment living is not for everyone. Some may think they can blast music, smoke indoors (not allowed per the Clean Air Act), or do worse. To have a good relationship with building management and maintenance staff is essential. They can't know everything that is going on, so it is important to inform them of any issues. To sum up, I greatly recommend it! more ... hide ...
