Please dont rent this apartment I lived here for a year now In the beginning it was Oky But for the last couple months things changed Masked and scary guys are knocking on peoples door and try to threaten you Homeless are sleeping in the stairwell My Please dont rent this apartment I lived here for a year now In the beginning it was Oky But for the last couple months things changed Masked and scary guys are knocking on peoples door and try to threaten you Homeless are sleeping in the stairwell My neighbor phone and wallet was taking in the elevator When you call security they often will say We not at Five15 at the moment but will check the cameras when we can Which they never do I went to the office and the manger lied and said Security should be available all night from 8pm to 6am But they rarely at the building Now Im forced to find a new place for my family safety Very disappointed with everyone at Five15 office more ... hide ...

I love this apartment complex The location is perfect Close to the UMN campus bus stops and light rail I was able to navigate the city easily and quickly The office and maintenance staff are very accommodating and genuinely kind They all knew me by I love this apartment complex The location is perfect Close to the UMN campus bus stops and light rail I was able to navigate the city easily and quickly The office and maintenance staff are very accommodating and genuinely kind They all knew me by name and greeted me daily which is rare for an apartment complex so I felt instantly welcomed and taken care of My apartment had a beautiful view of the US bank stadium and the neighborhood is very family friendly so one would often hear children laughing and playing at the playground nearby which was very joyful The apartment also has laundry on every floor and a work out facility that is open 247 so it was very convenient for my schoolwork schedule I definitely recommend this place more ... hide ...
