I lived here from 20112016 At first living here was wonderful near the end it end up being not liveable they started allowing people who pay no rent or not full rent That caused some not all but some people to not appreciate living at Chapel Ridg I lived here from 20112016 At first living here was wonderful near the end it end up being not liveable they started allowing people who pay no rent or not full rent That caused some not all but some people to not appreciate living at Chapel Ridge I had people above me make so much noise I couldnt sleep till 3 am kids on the second floor throw pumpkins at me and people also spit off the balcony near me So gross Another issue was the 24 hour notice where they put the notice on my door at 5 pm and they came over at 9 am the next day not a 24 hour notice Also the maintenance guy seen me naked bc he came into my apartment while I was in the shower Anyway the office people was wonderful with my complaints and generally cared I know there is new management now so I cant say how living there now is more ... hide ...

I lived at Chapel Ridge Apartments from 20112016 the only reason I moved out was due to a relocation to KC This is one of the best if not the best apartment complex in town The apartments are well maintained the grounds always look great and when the I lived at Chapel Ridge Apartments from 20112016 the only reason I moved out was due to a relocation to KC This is one of the best if not the best apartment complex in town The apartments are well maintained the grounds always look great and when there is an issue management and maintenance are fast at making sure it is taken care of I lived in both a two and three bedroom while there and the transition process when moving was great Kristy and Amanda have been there as long as I have and are great assets to the company they have always gone above and beyond for my family and also go above and beyond for others in need in the complex They truly do care and are always happy to assist If I am ever in need of a home in St Joe in the future I would not go anywhere else Thanks for the wonderful years more ... hide ...
