THE MANAGEMENT SEEM TO BE OUT OF TOUCH WITH THEIR CHOSEN PROFESSION, THEY ABUSE THEIR AUTHORITY ON THE REGULAR...THEY SHOULD BE REPLACED WITH A MANAGER AND SOCIAL WORKER THAT REALLY CARE ABOUT SENIORS..
